Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Underwater Weaving Studio. We took great care in making it for you. Everything we make is free-hand. We do not use machines or molds. Each basket, kit, and artwork is unique because of the "one-of-a-kind" nature of the products. As such, we only accepts returns if the product is deemed damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent. We are always happy to consult with you one-on-one before purchasing to ensure your item is the right fit for you.
Underwater Weaving will replace and/or accept the return of products that arrive damaged or defective. A product may be considered “damaged” if it arrives with visible damage that renders it unable to function or perform or is visibly/cosmetically intolerable.
Please a “defective" and/or “damaged” product does not include natural variances in the product including but not limited to variation in the natural rattan fibers.
To submit a claim for a damaged or defective product, please send us an email at info@underwaterweaving.com within 48 hours of your receipt of the product and include:
- At least two photos of the product reflecting its condition.
- A detailed description of the damage and/or defect to the product.
