How do I access club benefits?
To enjoy your benefits, you must be a club member with a paid account. Make sure you're logged in with the email you used to register. 15% off will automatically apply at checkout. You can access the exclusive videos through the member portal.
What is the kit delivery schedule?
Kits will be shipped in mid-February, April, June, August, October, and December.
When should I expect club deliveries?
Exact delivery times vary by location, and kits should arrive shortly after the 15th of the delivery month. If you haven't received your kit, please contact us at club@underwaterweaving.com
Can you help me do the cost analysis?
The price of an individual kit on our website is $112- $156 (including shipping costs). With our membership rate of $270 for 3 kits, the average cost per kit becomes $90, including shipping. Plus, enjoy a sitewide 15% discount on everything, including workshops.
May I purchase multiple memberships?
Yes, but you'll need to set up different accounts using separate emails and logins.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes! Make sure to add the giftees email and shipping address along with your billing information.
How is membership billed?
The membership is billed on the date of sign-up and automatically renewed every 6 months.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Shipping is pre-selected at checkout for your convenience. Contact us if you have specific carrier needs.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time in the "Manage Subscription" section of your account dashboard. Please email club@underwaterwaterweaving.com if you have any issues.
Will I be informed about new live workshops, virtual events, and products?
Club members are automatically subscribed to our Club Newsletter, but we don't send too many emails. Subscribe to our General Newsletter to stay informed about new products and workshops. Be sure to log in to your account to access the member dashboard and enjoy exclusive discounts.
