A large woven basket designed for markets, gardens, and studio transport. Historically, baskets such as these functioned as intermediaries between landscape and table—carrying the results of early-morning harvests through streets and stalls. In the context of floristry, it serves the same role: moving flowers, branches, and seasonal materials from their point of origin into the studio for arranging.
An arched, open bottom inspired by a shaker cathead style basket adds elegance to the large utilitarian form, while the narrow construction of the body and sholder handles meet to provide comfort and practicality.

Care
For indoor use. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Rattan is a natural and flexible plant fiber. If misshapen during use, firmly mold back into place.
