In preparation for spring, we gathered to make baskets for the Mama Farm hatch. Guests wove a tray with black ash and went home with a 1/2 dozen colorful eggs from the farm.

Basket Weaving is the best way to raise the spirit. Together with the King Tower Sr. Center, we did just that. 

Mothers and daughters came together to make a trick-or-treat handbasket-- Certainly the most elevated way to harvest candy on Halloween.

The babysitters came out in full force to support a group of couples and besties who understand the power of analog making side by side 

A cozy gathering of weaving and florals at the Ulla Johnson boutique in Amagansett was the perfect way to spend a drizzly afternoon.

Gatherings by Emily invited me to come for a sweet afternoon of Basket Making and Flowers in the Park. It was one of our earliest gatherings, before the studio was officially established, and it's still one of my favorites for its simplicity and the beautiful local creatives who came out for it.

Our first workshop was a fundraiser for Closely Crafted. Guests gathered at Roll & Hill to put their hands to work and their minds at ease. The bright florals added another way to connect to nature and bring beauty back home.

Before Underwater Weaving was officially a thing, my friend Jessie Randall decided to start a mini club. Just friends who also liked to craft. The first moment was at Jessie's House, and this was our second gathering. I had never taught basket weaving before! This evening became the Pilot for so many more evenings to come, and so much joy at the studio. This basket eventually became our most popular kit - The Sweet Onion Basket, and was featured in the NY Times and Wirecutter for being one of the best gifts under $100.

A gathering that inspired The Ribbon Bucket Basket, in friendship with Maria McMannaus. The Basket was shown on the runway in 2023 just as our studio launched, and became one of our favorite kits to make at workshops for its simple structure and elevated beauty.
