Sabbath Day Shaker Village, New Gloucester, Maine: Bouquet Sleeve, June 28, 12:30-3pm

Create a Woven Flower Sleeve in this half-day afternoon workshop at Shaker Village with Peggy Pollard of Underwater Weaving Studio.  A decorative basket, folded to hold foraged or dried flowers to display on a table or wall.

The finished basket measures approximately 12 inches long x 12 inches high. You will take your finished basket sleeves up to the Shaker Herb Garden and harvest some herbs & flowers to take home!

All materials will be provided.  All levels welcome.  All ages welcome.  You are encouraged to work at your own pace and can complete the basket during the workshop or take it slower and bring home with full instructions for finishing.
